Good habit to pick up if you want to grow your business?


Carve out time in your calendar every single Monday and put this in your schedule:


SOLVE FOR X


Turn off your phone and tell people you’re busy and can’t be disturbed.


Then ask yourself:


"What’s the main problem/obstacle that’s holding me back from making more money?”


And start brainstorming solutions.


BUT the solutions need to be implementable.


(Yes, that is a word, just believe me on this.)


Can’t be anything vague.


Can’t be anything you need to hope for, wait for or wish for.


We’re looking for actual ACTIONS.


This is the main reason why I meet with clients every week.


We look at last week’s problem, we see what is holding us back this week and then…


We solve for X.


X being the problem of that week.


And we do the same for the next week. And the next. And the next. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera...


This means we’re testing at minimum 52 solutions a year.


Some will work. Some won’t. But this stuff definitely compounds.


And it only takes 30 - 45 minutes.


But it's one of the highest ROI activities you can do each week.
