I’ve been in sales and marketing for a while now.

Simplifying.

It’s super counter-intuitive.

As humans we tend to always overcomplicate things.

Add more staff.

Add more marketing steps.

Add another funnel.

Add more landing pages.

Add more more MOOOOORRRRRRREEEEEEEE.

And one day you wake up and realise your to-do list is gigantic and impossible to ever accomplish even if you lived 100 lifetimes.

I know. I’ve been there. It’s a constant struggle.

Consider simplifying instead of complexifying.

(Yes “complexifying” is a word. Don’t look it up. Just trust me on this one...)
